Spacious dream villa near the Disney Parks with two master bedrooms, oversized pool deck and wonderful views of a small lake in the nature reserve.Enjoy your well-deserved holiday in a beautifully furnished holiday home in a tropical setting. In this very spacious holiday home with 220 m2 of living space, 4 bedrooms (including 2 master bedrooms), bathrooms (including 2 large master bedrooms with Jacuzzi) and two spacious living rooms, nothing is missing. Bring your toothbrush, the rest is already provided. The house is of course air-conditioned and the pool can be heated (extra charge). Relax in the hot tub after a long day in the parks or shopping. The pool deck is enlarged and offers enough space to enjoy the sun or to relax in the cosy pool chairs. The two master bedrooms have large king-size beds, the third bedroom has two twin-size beds and the fourth bedroom has one full-size and one twin-size bed. The house is therefore perfect for two families or two generations with children. The house has two living rooms, a kitchen with dining table, a separate dining table, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a garage. Each bedroom has a television of at least 32 inches. In the living room there is a 65-inch TV with streaming options, a Bluray player that can play all DVDs worldwide (including those from Europe) and a sound system with Dolby Surround. There are about 50 DVD's and Bluerays available. Free WIFI and fast internet is available throughout the house. You can make free phone calls throughout the USA and Canada. The house can be secured with an alarm system. Bed linen, bath towels and all other necessary kitchen utensils are included. The management company that looks after the house is also based in the same complex. If anything is not as desired, they will get in touch with you. The villa is about 20 minutes away from Disney World. Universal Studio and Seaword can be reached within 30 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets (Walmart and Publix), restaurants of all price categories as well as world-class outlet malls with all kinds of world brands such as Nike, Adidas, Timberland, Levis etc.. The house is built in a quiet part of the Clear Creek development, directly on a small lake in a nature reserve. There are plenty of golf courses in the immediate vicinity. There is also the opportunity to go fishing or on a wine tour nearby. There are plenty of games in the house. The doors to the pool are secured with alarm systems for the safety of the children. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
