The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. There also are BBQ facilities. Fairly high walls all around the garden ensure privacy.The two-storey villa features an open plan living-/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. It can accommodate four persons.

The upper floor offers the master bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and en suite bathroom (bath tub and shower device, wash basin and toilet), and the second bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed). There's a separate shower room with a toilet, and a large sea view balcony.

The lower floor has an open plan kitchen with access to the outside terrace with your private swimming pool and barbecue. There is a separate dining area and sunken lounge with a traditional fireplace, opening onto the terrace and pool. TV and CD player are also included. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The guest toilet offers additional comfort.

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available at no extra cost during the months of May-October. Air-conditioning for heating during the winter months is optional and can be paid locally.
