Dit vakantiehuis is geschikt voor 4 personen, heeft twee badkamers en twee slaapkamers. Wohnung "Fübüüni" heeft een DVD-speler. Verder is er een balkon, een barbecue en een tuin. De auto parkeert u op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche.

Het vakantiehuis heeft internet (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos), een wasmachine en een vriezer.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een babybed en speeltoestellen.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

Our "Haus am Kreuzbühl" is located in the small community of Dachsberg, surrounded on three sides by a large meadow on a sunny south-facing slope, you can experience pure relaxation and recreation just a few metres away in the nearby forest. The landlords also live in the house.- You can expect a cosy, country-style furnished apartment with 80 sqm on the 2nd floor, accessible via 2 stairs, with parquet and laminate floors, balcony with table and chairs and a wonderful panoramic view - 2 double rooms with (200x200 cm), one with direct access to the balcony, in one of the rooms it is possible to set up a cot, - each of the double rooms has its own shower/WC - 1 separate twin room with shower/WC, directly opposite the flat can be booked in addition. - the kitchen as well as the living room are two separate rooms, - in the spacious hallway you will find a wardrobe with shoe racks, - the fully equipped kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, cooker with oven, bread machine, microwave, water/egg cooker, toaster, blender, waffle iron, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, blender etc.- For our welcome little guests, we offer an in-house playground with swings, slide, sandpit and a large meadow for romping around, table tennis table, bobby car, tractor, scooter and entertainment games, .....Our sunbathing lawn, which is sheltered from view and equipped with 5 deckchairs and a parasol, as well as our garden barbecue with garden seating area and the garden shed are available for communal use. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house and motorbikes can be parked in the carport. - In winter, sledges and toboggans are provided free of charge, and snowshoes are available for hire. - Baby equipment such as high chair, changing mat - your four-legged family member is also very welcome in our house. The popular morning and evening walks for our guests with their four-legged friends, ...... can be started directly from the house. Dog bags are provided free of charge. - Our holiday home is also ideal as accommodation for bikers. Drying rooms and storage facilities are available to provide perfect accommodation for your "machine".---- As a very special service of our house we offer you, on request, a rich and varied breakfast with Black Forest specialities and homemade products in the holiday flat.----- The nearest large town with all the shops for daily needs is St. Blasien, 6 km away. - Winter hiking trails that start directly at the house as well as a toboggan run (approx. 800 m) and a ski lift (approx. 2 km) are in the immediate vicinity. - A very well-developed cross-country ski trail network is approx. 2 km away. - International sled dog races are organised annually in Bernau and Todtmoos, which are both approx. 15 km away. - Alpine skiing is also possible in Bernau and Menzenschwand. - The Feldberg is approx. 35 km away. - In summer you can have fun at the natural bathing lake about 800 metres away and in the surrounding outdoor pools. - In summer you can enjoy the natural bathing lake about 800 metres away. - The two restaurants in our district are approx. 800 metres away and can be easily reached on foot. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
