It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 large balcony, 1 breakfast balcony, an eat-in kitchen with dining area, and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub with underfloor heating. The house with Mediterranean flair is idyllically situated on a small pond, bright and friendly through large French windows, and absolutely quiet. Nevertheless, it offers ideal infrastructure: railway station (10 min walk) with direct connection to Munich (Bayernticket!!!), Passau, Regensburg, etc. Good shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi etc.), close to the Danube + Bavarian Forest. Ideal for cycling or hiking.

Great excursions possible: Danube loop, Ortenburg, castle and wildlife park, bird park, Bavarian ForestPassau (35 min), Regensburg (1 hour), Munich: by car or train (direct from Osterhofen), 1.5 hours, Bayernticket ! Vienna: 3 hours.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
