It is a familiar, comfortable and quietly situated holiday flat, which offers you a relaxing holiday in natural surroundings and close to the forest as well as a wonderful panoramic view of the Arber.Outside you will find the large sunny terrace and access to the garden. You will find plenty of garden furniture to relax on, a barbecue area and a covered outdoor seating area, which invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together in a relaxed atmosphere in a quiet location and offers wonderful panoramic views as far as the Arber.This large and comfortable attic holiday flat is approx. 95 square metres in size with a balcony and is suitable for two to six people. It is ideal for families with children as well as for senior citizens. The holiday flat with fully equipped kitchen offers all the facilities for self-catering. It is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A microwave, coffee machine and toaster are also available. The flat has a cosy living room with satellite TV, CD/DVD player. There are two double bedrooms. There is also a large bathroom with washbasin, bath, shower and WC. There is also a guest WC, making it an ideal holiday home.With the nearby excursion destinations, hiking trails and cycle paths, you will find many leisure activities on site. You will find plenty of excursion destinations in the countryside. The beautiful holiday region offers hiking trails, which are also suitable for Nordic walking, as well as opportunities for cycling. A fairly flat cycle path, for example, is just 3 kilometres away. There are also fishing opportunities in the Schwarzer Regen and Höllensteinsee lakes, as well as exciting canoe trips, outdoor and indoor swimming pools nearby. There is also a forest pool for nature lovers in the neighbourhood. Trips to Bad Kötzting, Cham, Straubing, Bodenmais, Zwiesel, Passau, Regensburg and the Czech Republic are always worthwhile. Good shopping and sightseeing opportunities are available in the towns, for example glass production, schnapps distilleries, toy museum, forest museum, glass barn, Aegean vault, Großer Arber, Großer and Kleiner Arbersee, Kaitersberg, Osser, Rachel, Lusen, Bavarian Forest National Park, wilderness camp, Haus der Wildnis, open-air museum, Tittling Farmers' Museum, Pullman City in Eging am See, crystal museum, zoo, forest treetop trails, summer toboggan runs and much more. Winter sports facilities are available in St. Englmar, Markbuchen, Grün and the Pröller area. Cross-country skiing and downhill skiing are possible. The Geißkopf area offers optimal winter sports conditions. Bodenmais, Silberberg and the Arber region also offer winter sports, as does the Hohe Bogen in Lamer Winkel. Tobogganing is possible in the village, curling and ice skating is possible at the black Regen, Höllensteinsee. The ice rinks in Regen or Deggendorf also offer ideal winter sports facilities. Hiking in snowy areas or a leisurely torchlight hike round off your winter holiday. You might also enjoy a horse-drawn sleigh ride, which can be booked in St. Englmar or Drachselsried. Ice skating is possible in the Regen ice rink. Hospitality and cosiness are offered by rustic inns and beer gardens or summer festivals, which are a tradition in the Bavarian Forest, e.g. Whitsun Festival with Whitsun Ride (approx. 900 horses) in Bad Kötzting, Gäuboden Festival with East Bavarian Show in Straubing, Maidult in Passau and Regensburg, Citizens' Festival and Folk Festival in Viechtach, etc. We also offer cosy get-togethers or barbecue evenings with your hosts. Traditional Bavarian cuisine leaves nothing to be desired. But you can also indulge yourself with Italian and Chinese cuisine. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
