Our studio approx. 32 sqm for max. two people and is available to guests from April 2023. Enjoy the sun and peace and quiet on the small balcony, or relax on loungers and barbecue in the communal garden. Here at an altitude of 800 m, the air is still good and you can relax and escape a little from everyday life.within walking distance, about 200 m away, you can reach a small Edeka with bakery.above the house there is a good country inn with sun terrace.in our studio 50 everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available. You sleep cosily and comfortably on a bed system, bed 180 x 200 cm. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, 2 ceramic hobs and plenty of crockery, your car is parked in the garage. Schöfweg is about 3 km away and offers further inns, shopping facilities, doctor, pharmacy, bank, bakery, etc. The village of Schönberg, which is also called the "Meran" of the Bavarian Forest, is 13 km away and an experience is the treetop path in Neuschönau (approx. 28 km) and the Bavarian National Park. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
