Our comfortable and modern furnished holiday flat is located in a residential complex at the beginning of the quiet Scheid peninsula in Waldeck. The flat of around 60m2 is on the ground floor and is easily accessible via two steps and is ideal for an occupancy of 2 people. The flat is an ideal starting point for relaxing and varied holiday activities. You can reach the east or west shore of the peninsula in just a few minutes on foot. Here you can take advantage of the opportunity to swim at the beach or from our jetty. To explore the lake from the water, we offer you the opportunity to hire our canoe/ Canadian canoe or two stand up paddle boards (SUP) for an additional fee during your stay. For those who would like to explore the flora and fauna on foot, the entrance to the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park is just a few steps away via the Knorreichenstieg. You can explore the region around the Edersee via the various hiking and cycling trails. From the bathing beach on the sunbathing lawn, you can use a small passenger ferry that shuttles between Scheid and Rehbach during the season and takes you effortlessly to the other side of the lake. From here you can continue your explorations, visit the climbing park or the wildlife park, and the range of water sports or boat trips on the lake as well as the numerous sights and museums in the region offer young and old active holiday options at almost any time of year.A free car park is available for your car directly at the house. In the entrance area of the apartment complex you can also use a lockable storage facility for the bicycles you have brought with you.The separate bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers. There is a further wardrobe for clothes in the flat. The spacious living room has a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 more people. The living room leads to a balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs for a maximum of 4 people, and the flat also has a separate dining area with seating for 4. A single kitchen is integrated in the corridor area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has two ceramic hobs, a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and a fully automatic coffee machine.the bathroom has a shower and WC. A mirror cabinet and another cupboard provide storage space for your bathroom utensils. A make-up mirror and hairdryer round off the bathroom facilities. Towels and bed linen are provided per person according to occupancy and the flat is also equipped with a clothes horse, ironing board and iron. If you want to do your laundry, you can use a coin-operated washing machine in the communal cellar.The western shore of the lake is 250 metres away. Here you will also find the jetty where our canoe is moored. The passenger boat also moors here. On the way there is a small mini-market and the Bistro MUN, where you can end the evening with a cocktail, and the eastern shore with its sunbathing lawn is 750 metres away on foot. The passenger ferry to Rehbach also departs from there, which you can also use to cross over on your bike for a cycle tour. Hikers can reach the entrance to the Knorreichenpfad trail in just 200 metres.Optional: Guests can book a canoe or two SUP boards for the duration of their stay for a fee.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
