In addition to an inviting bedroom with a double bed, television and a further sleeping place on a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, also with television and a music system with radio and CD, the flat promises uncomplicated holidays with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your sole use. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment, filter and capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and much more makes it easy to cook for yourself and enjoy meals together.The whole flat is at ground level. There is only one step outside the front door. You can park directly next to the flat in the courtyard or on the street by our garage.The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. There are plenty of towels and everything is ready when you arrive. The beds are freshly made.The small terrace of the holiday flat invites you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the morning with a cup of coffee, especially in summer, or to end the day in pleasant evening temperatures. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
