An information to all our guests:
Celebrations and gatherings in the interior are basically in the a mindful framework is possible. We expect a responsible and respectful treatment of the house and the neighborhood. Excessive behavior and excessive alcohol consumption are not allowed. Due to nighttime quiet hours, the outdoor area closes at 10:00 PM.

However, the outdoor area serves as a wellness and spa area. It is possible to relax and have a chat there, have a wine and that the Children play there. However, there is no music outside and no party-like behavior is allowed.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
