Situated on 61 m² on the 2nd floor, this holiday home in a quiet side street offers a fantastic view of the historic Grevenburg, picturesque vineyards and the surrounding forest. This holiday flat is your perfect starting point for discovery tours and offers the ideal balance between relaxation and activity.The interiors are characterised by high functionality and comfort. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, two coffee machines (for instant coffee and pods), microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, blender and radio. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and satellite TV for relaxing, while the bathroom with a practical bathtub with shower attachment, WC, washbasin and hairdryer leaves nothing to be desired. Two cosy double rooms promise restful nights.Outside, the quiet location of the flat invites you to unwind and enjoy the idyllic natural surroundings to the full. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
