At an altitude of 450/500 metres above sea level, framed by the mountains of the Harz region with the Brocken as the highest mountain in the background, Breitenstein with its 500 inhabitants is the highest and most northerly village in the municipality of Südharz. Its central location in the Harz between the half-timbered town of Stolberg and the western town of Pullmancity in Hasselfelde makes Breitenstein an ideal starting point for exploring the many sights and attractions of the Harz by car. The nearest railway station of the Harzquerbahn is only 2 km away from the holiday home. It is also possible to set off directly from the holiday home on hikes or cycle tours through our very large forest areas. 7 km north of the European town of Stolberg, our well-equipped, very quietly situated holiday home for 2-4 people is the ideal starting point for excursions to the famous sights thanks to its central location in the Harz!For our guests there is a garden area with a wooden seating area, separated by a closed hedge. Thanks to the available lighting and an open fireplace, it is possible to enjoy a cosy evening after a long excursion. A charcoal barbecue, parasol and deckchairs are also provided.Our non-smoking holiday home is heated all year round and can accommodate 2-4 people. If required, we can also provide a cot for children up to 2 years old free of charge. There is a double bed in the bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room or bedroom for 2 more people. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower and toilet. Our small modern kitchen has an electric cooker with oven, sink, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. The living area is furnished with a corner sofa, parlour table and large dining table with 6 chairs. SAT-TV and radio are also available. Free WLAN access is available in all rooms!Breitenstein is surrounded by extensive forest areas which invite you to go hiking. Destinations in the immediate neighbourhood include the European town of Stolberg/Harz, the "Großer Auerberg" with the Josephskreuz and Güntersberge. Western town Pullmanncity in Hasselfelde and the Harzköhlerei. But also tourist destinations such as the western town Pullmanncity in Hasselfelde, Thale with (Roßtrappe, suspension railway, zoo and Bodetal), the Rappbodetalsperre with the largest double rope slide in Europe (Harzdrenalin), Rübeland with its famous stalactite caves, several show mines and many other really worthwhile destinations are very easy and quick to reach. Excursions to Schierke (starting point to the "Brocken", the highest mountain in the Harz at 1141m above sea level), a visit to the historic half-timbered town of Wernigerode, the "Pearl of the Harz" or the "Kyffhäuser" can be easily realised with distances of less than 40 km as somewhat more distant destinations. Quite a few guests claim: "When travelling through the landscapes of the Harz Mountains, the journey is the destination"!

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
