Dit vakantiehuis voor 4 personen heeft een slaapkamer en een badkamer. Nichtraucherbungalow heeft een TV (internationale zenders). Verder is er een barbecue. De auto parkeert u op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche.

Het vakantiehuis heeft internet (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos) en een vriezer.

In de keuken vindt u een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

The bungalow is detached and located behind our house in the garden area.The layout of the bungalow is as follows:Entrance hall - leading into the living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (shower) with toilet. All room windows are fitted with roller shutters. All windows are fitted with insect screens. All rooms have underfloor heating, which is controlled by an outside temperature sensor.The property has very good transport connections, motorway A17 exit Prohlis-Kreischa as well as in all directions, city centre, Saxon Switzerland etc.Parking is available on the property and is charged per night on site.In front of the bungalow there is a covered and illuminated seating area for up to 4 people in the warm season for a cosy get-together until 10 pm to end the day. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
