Dit vakantiehuis is geschikt voor 3 personen, heeft twee slaapkamers en een badkamer. Gästehaus Tröbs heeft een DVD-speler en een TV (internationale zenders). Verder is er een barbecue en een tuin. De auto parkeert u op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche.

Het vakantiehuis heeft internet (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos), een wasdroger en een vriezer.

Surrounded by the up to 600 m high mountains of the southern Harz, in the historic town centre of Ilfeld, you will find our family-run guest house, which was built in half-timbered style around 1800 as the first school in Ilfeld. Our holiday flats are named after the surrounding mountains or rock formations and you stay in the holiday flat "Kaulberg" for up to 3 people (approx. 45m²) on the ground floor. The flat can be reached via 4 steps into the house and is therefore also suitable for older guests. It consists of a living room with flat screen TV, upholstered suite, wardrobe, a bedroom with double bed, a 2nd bedroom with a single bed, kitchen with electric cooker, dining table with 3 chairs, refrigerator, etc. as well as a window for ventilation with a view of our historic castle street, bathroom with shower, toilet, WC and a window for ventilation with a view of our historic castle street.Internet via our in-house hot-spot is available free of charge and a car park on our enclosed property is available free of charge by arrangement. The beautiful outdoor area with many flowers, lawn and outdoor seating invites you to relax, unwind or barbecue. Enjoy the view of the mountains and pretty half-timbered houses. The most beautiful hiking trails start right on our doorstep. Shopping facilities such as a private butcher's shop with Thuringian specialities and a range of food and drinks for your daily needs, bread and rolls from the local bakery and a snack bar for breakfast and lunch (barbecues are always served on Fridays) are just a 2-minute walk away. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
