As well as being convenient for access throughout the valley, this Chamonix holiday rental is also close to everything that the town centre has to offer. The closest bus stop for easy access to the ski lifts is at Place du Mont Blanc, only 400m away, while your closest convenience store is less than 100m away and there are many bars and restaurants in the immediate area around the apartment, including two on the ground floor of your building for the easiest of access!There is no outside areas that is just for this apartment but there are plenty of outside eating nearby and parks/mountains for relaxing.La Belle Epoque apartment is a Chamonix holiday rental located right in the heart of the town centre, opposite Chamonix's main train station. With three bedrooms and a sofabed, as well as 2 bathrooms, La Belle Epoque can accommodate 6-8 people, with many facilities to make your stay more enjoyable. The living area at La Belle Epoque apartment boasts a suspended wood burner as well as flatscreen TV with French channels and DVD player and Playstation, while there is also a large dining table with seating for 8 people and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. There is wifi internet throughout and La Belle Epoque apartment also benefits from private underground parking, washing machine and dishwasher.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
