Charming 3-star-rated holiday home, situated in a quiet and open setting in the heart of the village of Fraïssé-des-Corbières, just a few kilometres from Durban and Fitou.

The property is located in the heart of the Corbières, surrounded by renowned AOC vineyards and just a short distance from the Cathar castles. The surrounding hilly and unspoilt landscapes are ideal for hiking. Nature lovers will enjoy observing the migratory birds that have made their home around the Sigean lagoons. Those looking for a seaside holiday can also enjoy the nearby wide, white sandy beaches of Leucate and Port-la-Nouvelle. The smaller and quieter seaside resorts of La Palme and La Franqui are ideal for visitors looking for a more authentic experience.

The area also offers many cultural and historical attractions, including Narbonne, the Château de Salses, an impressive reminder of the region's Spanish heritage, the caves of Tautavel, the medieval city of Carcassonne, and many other historical sites.

The semi-detached holiday home has recently been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. High-quality materials and warm colours have been used throughout, with stone and wood playing a prominent role. The property opens onto a green outdoor area of more than 1,000 m², with a large private swimming pool secured by a safety barrier during the summer and covered during the rest of the year. In general, the pool enclosure remains closed until mid or late June, depending on the outdoor temperature, and again from mid-September in order to warm the water and extend the swimming season.
