Part of the Moulin de Tartay, this 60 m2 Gîte de Léonie has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. It sleeps 2, 3 or 4 people. After two wooden staircases in the Moulin de Tartay farmhouse (28 steps with a landing), the accommodation comprises an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a living room opening onto the kitchen and a flat-screen TV.WiFi is free and air-conditioned in the accommodation. The Moulin de Tartay has an automatic, secure gate and a separate entrance.The Moulin de Tartay is under surveillance from outside cameras.The grounds are fenced and secure (15,000 m2).The garden features an unsupervised heated swimming pool (7 by 3 by 1.50 metres deep), open from April to September, protected by a wrought-iron fence and a protective curtain to C. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
