This prestigious French-style self-catering holiday home, with exceptional exposure, is located on the first floor of an independent, self-contained villa in Gattières - a picturesque 12th-century village overlooking the Var valley. The views of the valley and the sea will enchant you not only during the day. In the evening, you can admire a magical sea of lights in the valley. The flat's panoramic location and private pool guarantee a rejuvenating stay. The owner lives on the ground floor, but you can enjoy absolute privacy. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
