This very tasteful and comfortable holiday home is located on the outskirts of Possidi on a beautiful sandy beach. It is the end house of a row of houses and is situated directly on a small hill, surrounded by many trees of the neighbouring forest and many plants. The house is 100m² in size and has two floors. On the lower floor are the three bedrooms, which were freshly renovated in summer 2021. One of them is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed. A set of changeable bed linen is available for all beds. On this floor you will find the bathroom with WC, washbasin and a modern shower and steam cabin. Towels and a washing machine are available here. There is a small minibar with fridge in the hallway where you can store your drinks. The upper floor of the house consists of the living and kitchen area. There is a cosy leather sofa in the large living room. On cooler evenings, you can relax here in front of the fireplace. The open-plan kitchen is modernly equipped with an electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, toaster, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. Four people can sit at the round table. The second bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower is located on this floor. All windows in the house are fitted with mosquito screens. The large balcony gives the house a special touch, as here you can enjoy the view of the forest all the way to the sea while smelling the conifers. There is a private barbecue and parking for up to three cars. The residential complex's pool can also be used. This is shared with 5 other holiday homes. Possidi is located on the first finger of the Halkidiki peninsula. The village has marvellous sandy beaches where you can enjoy the sunsets with an enchanting view of Olympus, the mountain of the gods. Small tavernas right on the beach, pizzerias, fast food outlets, bars, souvenir shops and a small supermarket can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes, the beach in 10 minutes. If you are travelling by car, you will find parking facilities everywhere. The journey from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki takes approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes by hire car. 00000339315

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
