Enjoy lazy days by the pool-Jacuzzi ( 35sq2) with breathtaking views across the local bays and take in mesmerizing sunsets over the offshore islands. There are four bedrooms, one with en-suite WC-Shower, one bathroom and one WC. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. The covered veranda offers shade during the hot summer months and the large patio area is ideal for outdoor cooking on the barbecue area. The pool-Jacuzzi overlooks the bay and on towards the mountains opposite.
The large private pool /Jacuzzi pool is expertly maintained and there are enough sun loungers for all the guests. The pool can be accessed by steps. The pool is private and solely for the use of Villa Costa Mare guests. The barbecue area is big enough for lovely meals away from the sun. Its front side overlooks the sea while in the back side there is a beautiful mountain view. In the garden there are spots where you can hide from moments of relaxation.
The villa is situated 180 metres from the closest beach, about 3 minutes walking distance.
The beach is long and sandy, there is a section with sunbeds/umbrellas available for hiring and a canteen. The water is crystal clear and calm, perfect for swimming or sunbathing. There is also a rocky area for those who prefer fishing, diving or snorkeling! This is one of the emptiest and quietest beaches in this stretch of coast.

Pefkos lies 4km from The historic and beautiful white washed village of Lindos: a very tourist attraction on the Island of Rhodes, which combines natural beauty, typical Greek village architecture as well as ancient and medieval ruins. Pefkos is 50 km away from Rhodes town. Rhodes town, the capital of the island, offers a cosmopolitan and historical mix of a divided city. The new town is a wealth of brand name shops and cool cafés, the other half the town is the walled medieval city of Rhodes, still lived in today and a UNESCO world heritage site. Rhodes has much to offer for everyone.In the area around the villa there is a wide range of leisure activities and sports such as: fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, wind surfing, water skiing, jet skiing, mountaineering, golf. Afandou golf course is about 25km away. It is an international standard, 18-hole (par 73) golf course next to Afandou Beach. Facilities include changing rooms, showers and a snack bar.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
