Dit vakantiehuis is geschikt voor 6 personen, heeft twee badkamers en drie slaapkamers. Das Paradies heeft een TV (internationale zenders). Verder is er een airco, een balkon, een tuin en een zwembad. De auto parkeert u op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche.

Het vakantiehuis heeft internet (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos), een wasmachine en een vriezer.

El Paradiso is located in the area of Pastida and offers a magnificent private swimming pool. The house is designed to provide a comfortable stay, a sense of home and a variety of amenities so as the guests have a memorable holiday experience in Rhodes. El Paradiso conveniently accommodates up to 6 guests.There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds. The house has a spacious, modernly equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area. The living room has access to a furnished terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding area and offers a unique setting for relaxation. There’s a screen TV and a free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, you’ll find a private swimming pool with its sunbeds to work on your tan under the rays of the Aegean sun. The surrounding area is quite inviting and welcoming. Also, there’s a BBQ facility as well as a dining area to enjoy a meal and a gathering with your friends or family. Last but not least, for your information we suggest to have a car for your transfer form and to the property.This unique villa is set in the calm and serene area of Pastida on a high point surrounded by hills; with views of olive groves, Filerimos, and beyond. Pastida is a village that has to offer you everything you might need during your stay and is located only 5 minutes' drive far from the villa. The coastline is found at a driving distance of only 10 minutes. Also, the airport of Rhodes is found really close to the villa, only 10 minutes. You should not miss visiting the center of Rhodes as well as the Old City of Rhodes. They are found at a driving distance of only 30 minutes. Also, Valley of Butterflies is near the villa, only 20 minutes. There you will have a chance to admire the beauty of Greek nature and see something truly unique! Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
