Villa Orange House - Habitart is a beautiful two-story house with 5 bedrooms. It is part of a complex of 5 dreamy houses, inspired by the traditional architectural style and natural surroundings of the island of Tinos, designed and decorated with meticulous attention to detail, while offering all the amenities of a modern holiday resort. The location of the houses offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, the neighboring islands of Syros and Mykonos, as well as Tinos Town and the island's typical windmills. Each outdoor area is tastefully designed in a traditional style and adorned with many works by both renowned and local artists and sculptors. The stone floors, wooden windows, and split patio doors provide an authentic experience of Cycladic living, with the view and the surroundings, landscaped with plants and natural rocks, guaranteeing enchanting and relaxing hours outdoors. The ground floor of the house offers a beautiful, cozy living room, a modern kitchen with a fireplace, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
