The units are fully air-conditioned but also have fireplaces for the coolest nights.Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space. The shower is large and well appointed with shower, toilet and washing machine. There is TV, DVD and CD player in all units. Each unit has large sliding doors with mosquito covers, leading out onto the south facing balcony.Balconies have a stunning view of the Lybian Sea and islands of Paxamidia and Gavdos (the most southerly part of Europe).Paterakis studio at Triopetra, combines a peaceful atmosphere for restful holidays, perfect for families with children or a group of friends! Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
