A pergola offers shade on the outdoor terrace of the house where you will find a BBQ area with a dining table. An outdoor sofa is an ideal place to enjoy the infinite sea view. You can relax on the outdoor veranda and gazes at the amazing sunsets and listen to the sounds of the sea.From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is eight euros per night from April to October and two euros per night from November to March. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
