In the heart of an olive grove overlooking the sea, we have created a small heaven for those that seek something special for their vacations.

The villa is located is the small village on Nopigia a quiet area close to Kissamos town and very close to a small and family friendly beach.The pool splits the house in half and a glass corridor connects the living room area to the bedrooms and the rest of the house. The corridor, as a bridge, is placed over the pool and allows the Illumination from the water to light up the house in a truly unique way. Imagine it during the night, with the pool lights changing colors! Difficult to describe yet amazing to view!!! Light toned walls and modern design furniture provide an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation and the numerous large windows allow the light to enter offering beautiful views of the olive grove and the sea.

Stretched across two levels, the villa offers, two living rooms fully furnished and tastefully decorated with vivid colors, three bedrooms, three bathrooms a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with everything a modern house needs, two amenity rooms and large verandas and gardens. The bedrooms are stocked with fabulous bed linen and we can guarantee maximum sleeping experience thanks to the best quality mattresses.

The entire villa has an autonomous heating/cooling system and a fireplace on the ground floor, since it can be rented throughout the year. It also offers a safe box, free Wi-Fi Internet access and private parking area inside the compound.

The seaside village of Nopigia is located 4km east of Kissamos and 30km west of Chania city. It is built on the east side of the Kissamos Bay. The beach is 400m away. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
