The third bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed with a sea view. On the ground floor, there is a communal WC and an ensuite bathroom, and on the upper floor 2 ensuite bathrooms. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a 42’’ Satellite LED TV. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.Outdoor facilitiesIs there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? The pool area and the lounge space with sofas make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Also, the pool can be heated, upon request at least 7 days in advance, at extra cost. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a gas BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. The accessibility to the sea is pretty easy, giving you the chance to enjoy the Cretan Sea. Cleaning ServiceFor reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days. We would like to inform you that we offer a daily maid service except at the weekends. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
