This holiday home is located in the picturesque old town of Canosa di Puglia, in the province of Barletta-Andria-Trani.The holiday flat has 100 m² and extends over two living levels and a roof terrace. On the ground floor there is a spacious eat-in kitchen and a small bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, another bathroom and a further room which can be used as a small lounge or, if required, as a children's room. The living area on the ground floor offers a seating area, a dining table and the possibility to go outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, a gas hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, a freezer and a coffee machine. The small bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin with mirror cabinet, a bidet and a WC. There is also a washing machine here. The first bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a double bed, 140 x 200 cm, a wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. In the second bedroom there are two single beds, each 90 x 200 cm and also a wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. The bathroom on this floor has a shower, a washbasin with mirror cabinet, a bidet and a WC. There is a further room on this floor, which you can use as a small lounge or, if required, as a children's room. The two bedrooms and the living and kitchen area on the ground floor can be air-conditioned. A wood-burning stove is located in the lounge on the first floor. The flat has gas central heating as standard.The second floor with its large roof terrace (30 m² and exclusive use) invites you to enjoy the surroundings and the panorama and to savour wonderful summer evenings outdoors. There are also three balconies on the first floor, in front of the three bedrooms.In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home there is a restaurant and small grocery shop (2 minutes' walk), supermarket, pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shop and various other shops in the village centre (5 minutes' walk). You can explore the historical sights from Roman times on foot. Various leisure activities: Sea, beach, water sports (15 minutes by car), mountains, hiking (30 minutes by car), cycling, various relics from Roman times (directly from the holiday home). Castel del Monte can be reached in 20 minutes by car, Trani in 25 minutes. Bari airport 45 minutes away, Naples less than two hours.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
