Villa Cosima (the sister of Villa Vittoria) is located in a secluded and therefore secure residence with a very rare private, direct access to the fine sandy beach (free of charge) with infrastructure in the popular holiday destination of San Pietro in Bevagna in Apulia.
Villa Cosima is in newly renovated condition and equipped to a high standard.

On approx. 80 square metres of living space there is a spacious living area with open-plan kitchen and guest WC as well as a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
