Delightful seaside tavernetta in Marina Serra, a small seaside resort in Salento immersed in the Otranto-S.Maria di Leuca natural park. Really just a short walk from the sea and its famous natural swimming pool (described by National Geographic as one of the most beautiful in the world).Outside there is a small veranda with a washbasin and space for a clothesline. Leaving the house, immediately to the left is the famous natural swimming pool (considered by National Geographic to be one of the most beautiful in the world) suitable for swimmers of all ages, thanks also to a small ramp which facilitates entry into the water. Further on, near the 15th-century tower, is another wonderful inlet called 'Acquaviva', for its underground springs. Opposite is a small harbour with small boats, and continuing to the left is the 'Lavaturo' area where the sea becomes turquoise.
At Marina Serra it is also possible to swim in the 'Spinchialuro' cave. also a stone's throw from the building, is a truly undiscovered place that hides an incredible and unexpected beauty.
The crystal-clear water is a constant of the place; wherever you decide to dive, its extraordinary clarity will always jump to your eyes, giving you the sensation of being in a real swimming pool. We hope you will be able to enjoy your stay when the moon rises right in front of the house, illuminating the sea with all its silver splendour.The house is a short walk from the sea, just cross the street. We are happy to host and show off our beautiful land. We also have our own production of oil and typical products with the possibility of visiting the olive groves and the oil mill. There are many attractions in the surrounding area. The flat is comfortable, equipped with everything, perfect for couples or small families. consisting of a large bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a living dining area, a cool veranda where you can relax and have breakfast. The sofa is an additional single bed. Guests will find fresh water and iced tea on arrival.Marina Serra is strategically located halfway between Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca and also equidistant from Gallipoli. An ideal base for touring the Salento. The beautiful Tricase is only 3 km away. Lecce is 50 km away.Just cross the road and you reach the low cliffs and natural pools.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
