Our holiday flat is located in the north of the national park in the Gulf of Salerno. Between Paestum and Agropoli, about 10 minutes by car from the beach. There is a small private garden with a furnished terrace and a large roof terrace with a hammock, sun loungers and a unique panoramic view of the Mediterranean and the mountains.We completed the Rigoletto holiday flat in Cilento, which is a self-contained accommodation unit - almost a holiday home - in autumn 2022. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. A Prime subscription on the Smart TV provides TV in all languages, you can enjoy free films, series and live sports and also benefit from the fast WiFi. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and vanity table. There is another small bedroom for children under 12, the "pirate cabin", with a bunk bed and desk. There is a small wardrobe in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.With our holiday flat we would like to offer a place of relaxation and recreation. There is a small private garden with a furnished terrace and a view of the mountains. Ideal for relaxing. Above the flat is the almost 100 square metre roof terrace with a view of the sea and the mountains. Sun loungers are available here for our guests to soak up the sun and switch off.The holiday flat covers an area of just under 50 m², which is divided into an open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area. There is also a small hallway with a wardrobe, a large master bedroom with a double bed and a view of Trentinara, a small children's bedroom with a bunk bed and desk and a daylight bathroom. The flat is therefore best suited for two adults and a maximum of 2 childrenIn the living room there is a large sofa for cosy relaxation in the evening in front of the TV or with a good book. We have put together a collection of information material about the Cilento for our guests. In addition to Rigoletto, we have decorated the room with lace blankets and porcelain. All objects are handmade in the region.In the kitchen there is a 4-ring gas hob with extractor bonnet, a small oven and a fridge with freezer compartment.There is a small hallway with a wardrobe and a full-length mirror between the cooking area of the holiday flat and the bedroom.The bedroom itself is furnished with a double bed, two small bedside cabinets with a lamp and a wardrobe with two identical sides for storing clothes. There is also a practical vanity table with mirror and drawer for applying make-up and styling. As in the living room, we have decorated the bedroom with dried bouquets, among other things. It is possible to add a cot in the bedroom, and we are also happy to provide a high chair. Next door is the second bedroom, the children's room. It is decorated in the theme "Under the sea". There is a loft bed, which is suitable for children under the age of 12. A desk with a mirror and a shelf. There is also a small wardrobe.In the summer months we operate a small pool which is also used by our guests. Depending on the weather, this is open from the end of May to mid-September. There is also a private playground for children up to the age of 8 with a slide, various swings and climbing facilities, a sandpit, mud kitchen and a tree house. Our small taverna has a pizza oven and a barbecue. Both can be used by prior arrangement.The entire holiday flat is equipped with W-lan. There is modern air conditioning in both rooms for heating and cooling. There is also a washing machine and clothes horse.The Rigoletto holiday flat has a parking space for one car.There is a small pool for communal use in the summer months (June to mid-September). For children under 8 years there is a great adventure playground with tree house, suspension bridge, slide, mud kitchen, sandpit and much more, which is open all year round for communal use.All communal areas are open from 9am to 12.30pm and 4pm to 8pm.The flat is located in the hills between Agropoli and Paestum. There are many interesting hiking routes in the immediate vicinity. The temples of Paestum are just under 10 minutes away by car. Agropoli is the nearest town. Giungano and the Oasi Alento nature park are also nearby, as is Monte Vesole. There are many leisure activities in the immediate vicinity: e.g. horse riding, climbing, adventure park. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
