The holiday flat is located in the romantic hilly landscape, nestled in olive groves, vineyards and woods away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life between Orvieto and the Bolsenasse, in the border triangle of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, in the municipality of Civitella d'Agliano (VT) The estate is run by Maria Malleier and Gianni Abbate. Maria comes from South Tyrol and is a German-speaking movement teacher (diploma from the Dore Jacobs School, Essen, Germany). Gianni is a writer, actor and director from Naples. Together they run a theatre in Lubriano and are involved in various cultural projects. Both offer courses and seminars by arrangement.We have two lovingly restored holiday flats, architecturally integrated into the house, with separate entrances. They are each equipped with 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom and offer space for 2 - 4 people and a loft of approx. 60 m² with cooking island and bathroom. The house is surrounded by various terrace levels, three spacious pergolas, olive groves and shady trees. Nature all around and, as a special feature, the view opens up to the east over the hilly landscape of Lazio and the magnificent backdrop of Castiglione in Teverina, 5 km away, perched on a hill in the Tiber Valley. The flat is away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet important cultural sights and active recreational opportunities are within easy reach. Nearby, Lake Bolsen invites you to swim, and within a radius of 50 km there are many picturesque little towns, famous parks, Etruscan archaeological sites and the popes' thermal springs in Viterbo. Rome can be reached in an hour by train, or you can travel to the Maremma coast to swim in the sea. If you would like to explore the surrounding area by bike, you can hire bikes from us. If you haven't yet made a firm plan for your holiday, Maria will be happy to help and support you in finding worthwhile excursion destinations, good places to eat, cultural events, etc. She will be happy to share her knowledge with you.Outside there is a covered terrace, pergola and garden. You can also surf the internet in the garden.The flat 'desiderio' consists of a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, double or single beds, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is friendly, bright and tastefully furnished. The floor is an original old cotto floor, the ceiling is original wooden beams with cotto. The view sweeps over rolling hills, olive groves, vineyards and forest. The kitchenette has a 4-burner gas cooker, fridge and is well equipped with everything you need. In the flat you will find many books in German and information about the area. It is suitable for a couple or a family and shopping facilities are available in Castiglione, Lubriano and Bagnoregio, 6 - 8 km away. Wineries are within easy reach in the immediate neighbourhood of the estate.In the immediate vicinity you can visit the world-famous Civita di Bagnoregio, as well as the Monster Park in Bomarzo. Wineries are within easy walking distance of the estate. Shopping facilities are available in Castiglione, Lubriano and Bagnoregio, 6 - 8 km away.On the estate there is a 90 m² room or theatre hall where we offer cultural events, seminars, workshops or individual lessons in the context of movement therapy and theatre disciplines. Optional:Massages (we are in contact with professional experts in various techniques), holistic bodywork according to Dore Jacobs, psychomotor skills for children, yoga, theatre courses (commedia dell'arte), voice and language courses, as well as cooking and ceramics courses. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
