The Spartaco apartment is located on the first floor of a 2-storey villa. Elegant and very bright, the flat consists of an entrance hall facing the open space of the living area and one of the two bedrooms on the other. The flat has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and another bathroom with shower connected to the living room. The other bedroom is a twin with single beds and a cot.Outside there is a small balcony equipped for dining out with a large parasol. A private parking space is available, but in the case of several cars there is free parking in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.The flat is located in the heart of Aranova, a hamlet in the municipality of Fiumicino, in the province of Rome. Nearby there are small shopping centres where you can find supermarkets and various kinds of shops. There is also a nice big park where families with children can take them to play on fine days.Nearby we find the Bambino Gesù hospital in Palidoro, which is less than 10 minutes away by car, as well as the beaches of Maccarese and Marina di San Nicola. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
