Guests have the entire property at their disposal and can sleep 8 as follows: The main house has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; each room has a double bed built entirely of wood and with a comfortable mattress; the furniture in the rooms is simple and functional and each room enjoys a magnificent view of Lake Bolsena. The central room overlooked by the bedrooms is very large and tastefully furnished, with an artistic fireplace. A large French window overlooks the garden and shows the Bisentina Island at its centre. 15 metres from the main house is the delightful and well-built cottage; it consists of a living room with kitchenette from which, via a wooden staircase, you access a large loft. On the ground floor, adjacent to the living area, is a bedroom with a double bed; each room has a view of the lake. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom. The cottage overlooks the swimming pool, which is therefore located between it and the main house. A pergola provides shade at the side of the pool. The garden extends all around the two dwellings and is full of flowers and aromatic plants and fruit trees. All around the large garden, laid out on terraces, is the olive grove. The position of the property is such that in front you can see the Bisentina island and in the distance the Rocca di Montefiascone, to the right the whole lake as far as Capodimonte while to the left you can see the town of Bolsena. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
