Wine House is a spacious and cosy flat located on the fourth floor of a small building a few minutes from the centre and the Arenzano seafront. The flat consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with dining area and access to a small balcony, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Wine House offers every comfort, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and has a convenient private car park. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
