If you are looking for a place to relax and love unspoilt nature, you are in the right place.Initially a Benedictine monastery, a refuge during the First and Second World Wars, then a large farm and finally a farmhouse.Monte Pu' consists of an ancient complex of buildings dating back to the 12th century.Restructuring has maintained the original conformity of the building, converting barns, stables and warehouses into the rooms that now make up the Agriturismo.At Monte Pu' time has stood still, the perfect place for those who wish to rest and immerse themselves in nature.The accommodations, each one different from the other, run throughout the entire distribution of the structure, and each one has a private bathroom and in the case of the flats also a fully equipped kitchen.We are located at the foot of a natural oasis characterised by a remarkable geological, faunal and floristic wealth.The woods surrounding us offer various walks where you can discover the scents and colours of the Mediterranean maquis, listening only to the sound of the wind and wild nature.Monte Pu' is located at a crucial point where several paths meet, transporting you through evocative views and breathtaking glimpses.Each room has its own characteristic, all inviting you to slow down and forget your hectic life and find calm.Some enjoy a sea view and others overlook the mountain, each has its own charm and all are comfortable.On arrival you will find bed linen, towels and everything you need to feel comfortable.To minimise our environmental impact, we have chosen not to use disposable toiletries, so each of our accommodations is equipped with a dispenser of mild natural soap, suitable for every part of the body.You will find glasses and jugs, because our water is drinkable and pure, coming directly from our springs.We also use natural, hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergents to clean the rooms and linen.Our motto is the beauty of doing everything, or nothing at all.In our farmhouse you will find relaxation, surrounded by Nature. Deckchairs, hammocks and then the forest and paths to be discoveredIf you just need to relax and unwind, you can loll in hammocks, doze on deck chairs under the lime trees or sunbathe on loungers in the meadow.Let yourself be lulled by the sound of the wind, the song of the birds, and breathe in pure air.While the forests, meadows, paths and views surround and offer our guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature and engage in outdoor activities.Here you can go hiking, trekking and Nordic walking, and rent mountain bikes.It only takes a few steps to be in the company of Nature and its sounds.With our vegetable garden we produce seasonal vegetables and fruit, without the use of any pesticides and following the seasons.The Mediterranean maquis and the lushness of Monte Pu' also allow us to enjoy a wide variety of herbs from aromatic to healing ones.You can buy vegetables, fruit, infusions, sweet and savoury preserves, Giardiniera and other transformations, extra virgin olive oil and very fresh eggs directly from us!We also produce biscuits, sweet and savoury cakes, and fresh pasta.warnung.gaestezimmerOur farmhouse is located in the immediate inland of Sestri Levante, in the province of Genoa, on the Riviera Ligure di Levante.We are located at an altitude of 700m, 13 km from the sea.We can only be reached by car.The road that leads to us has been deliberately kept mostly unpaved, both to guarantee more privacy for us and our guests, and to avoid affecting the nature that surrounds us.We have deliberately decided not to install either TV or internet connection, because we believe they are superfluous and by staying with us you can enjoy a break from the daily routine.But fear not, we have organised a small Wi-Fi area for those who need it.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
