Welcome to Villa Angela 1, a charming historic complex of just three flats located in Toirano, 3 km from the seafront of Borghetto Santo Spirito and its famous beaches. Our holiday home is the ideal choice for those who love the countryside and want a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the city and the Riviera. The flat, located on the first floor without lift, consists of a cosy, rustic-style kitchen-cum-living room with a wonderful view of the surrounding olive groves, the double bedroom is very spacious and opens onto a large sun terrace where you can delight in wonderful outdoor dining while admiring the verdant landscape. The bathroom is modern and windowed and equipped with a shower. The view from every corner of the house instils tranquillity and peace. The flat is complete with air conditioning, internet connection, dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. In front of the house, parking is convenient and easily accessible.In Toirano, the obligatory stop is its stupendous natural caves that will leave you breathless. If you love architecture, one of the main points of interest is the Church of San Martino, located in the historic centre and famous for its bell tower and Baroque altars. Also in the old town centre, the Oratorio del Transito di San Giuseppe (Oratory of the Transit of St Joseph) is worth a visit, with its marble altar and slate dome. In the Braida district is the Church of the Madonna del Rosario known for its works of art by Ligurian artists. Another site of interest is the rock sanctuary of Santa Lucia built inside a cave that offers a beautiful panorama of the Toirano valley. In the village of Barescione, the Oratory of Saints Peter and Rocco preserves a valuable statue of San Rocco. For lovers of medieval architecture, the Abbey of San Pietro in Varatella is a must-see, preserving Romanesque frescoes and arches. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
