From the windows of the bedroom and the living room you can see the lake. Possibility for guests to use a washing machine located in a room on the ground floor of the same building where the flat is located; this space is shared in use with another flat.The elegant historical centre of Gardone offers an oasis of tranquillity immersed in a unique atmosphere thanks to its architectural features that make it one of the most beautiful and characteristic villages in our country. A short walk from the flat is the Vittoriale degli Italiani.

The centre of the village is equipped with all services, lovely shops and characteristic bars/restaurants. Crossing the beautiful and well-kept gardens it is possible to reach in a few minutes walk the lakefront of Gardone where you can find several clubs and shops, the beaches as well as a beautiful promenade. Starting from Gardone it is possible to visit all of Lake Garda comfortably either by car, by bicycle or on foot through the many suggestive marked paths. Furthermore, from the port of Toscolano Maderno, which is only a few kilometres away, you can take the ferry to reach all the towns on the lake by water. If you want to relax, you can choose from the many spas in the area.The house can be reached by car. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
