APARTMENT IN A VILLA IMMERSED IN THE GREEN WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW OF LAKE GARDA We are situated in the hills of Lake Garda, in a particularly peaceful area, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The flat is less than 10 minutes' drive from the town of Salò and 20 minutes' drive from Desenzano, which are among the most organised towns on the west coast of the lake, full of shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. The nearest town is Polpenazze (a charming medieval village) where you can find grocery shops, bars, ice-cream parlours and is about 2 km away. Beautiful beaches are 5\6 km away and can be easily reached by car or bicycle. A horse riding stables is 400 metres from the house and the bicycle path is 100 metres away. For those who prefer to use public transport, the bus stop is 500 metres away.The house is surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful and well-kept garden where our guests can freely relax; there are sun loungers and barbecue facilities available. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
