It is equipped with all the amenities to make a longer holiday as pleasant as possible. The entire flat has an oak plank floor. Old stone walls and wooden ceilings have been integrated into the modern flat, giving it a very special charm. The entire flat has windows or balconies overlooking the piazza and the inner courtyard. The flat welcomes you with a large open-plan living/dining room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony that looks directly onto the "piazza". The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a balcony that leads to the inner courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin and has a window overlooking the piazza. Four well-known golf courses, such as the legendary "Garda GC", "Arzaga GC", "Bogliaco GC" and "Colombaro GC", are in the immediate vicinity and can be played all year round in mild temperatures. The beautiful town of Saló with its marvellous lakeside promenade, elegant shops and good restaurants is only 5 km away and always invites you to take a stroll. The interesting cities of northern Italy, such as Verona, can be reached in less than 1 hour. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
