The property is a typical stone farmhouse immersed in the countryside around Volta Mantovana, in a small hilly hamlet about 1.5 km from the town centre. It is immersed in greenery and nature, among the moraines south of Lake Garda, on the banks of the River Mincio (about 500 metres away).The flats are about 45 square metres and have an independent entrance. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 1.80 m) and a bunk bed (0.80 x 1.80 m), as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom, with a small ante-bathroom, is equipped with a washbasin, mirror, WC, bidet and shower. The living room offers a sofa bed for two persons, heating with thermostat and meter, a table with six chairs, and an open kitchen.
