The villa is situated in the gulf of Cagliari on the south coast of Sardinia in a strategic position on the coastal road to Villasimius, just 5 minutes by car from the sea, only 10 minutes from the famous POETTO beach, 20 minutes from the centre of CAGLIARI and 10 minutes from the naturalistic oasis of Molentargius . Nearby there are beaches, sea, supermarkets, shopping centres and restaurants where you can taste excellent local food.The villa is accessed by a pedestrian entrance or by car from the internal car park with sliding gate. A wide walkway leads to the front door of the house. Inside, the villa is on two levels. The main entrance on the ground floor leads directly to the living room with TV and dining area. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen
Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
