The Residence is located in a quiet position and at just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, characterized by fine sand with dazzling colours and clear blue waters, which have been awarded several times with the 'Blue Flag'.The apartment consists of: a bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower.The flat is equipped with: TV, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bed linen (first supply), air conditioning, WI-FI area (use is subject to limitations). Most of the apartments have a balcony or patio equipped with table and chairs. Moreover, inside the flat you will find an umbrella at your disposal to take with you for your days at the beach.The Residence is located at about 1 km from the beach of Rena Bianca, where you can find establishments (for those who want to rent beach umbrellas and sunbeds), diving centres and bars and restaurants offering panoramic views on the “Bocche di Bonifacio”. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
