Luxury villa with prestigious finishes and a beautiful view of Etna and the sea. The villa is composed of two floors, both at garden level. Mamma Jessica has two double bedrooms (one ensuite) and a double ensuite with an added single bed. There are two other bathrooms, one next to the other double bedroom (with shower-tub) and a service bathroom in the living area. An elegant living room with a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea is adjacent to the very refined and modern kitchen which opens onto a terrace with a magnificent view of the swimming pool and the Ionian coast. The exterior has a higher garden, next to the entrance and another, of about 1000 meters with olive trees, flowers, lava stone walls, a beautiful green lawn and the swimming pool with solarium and BBQ area. Mamma Jessica is inside an exclusive residence with only other villas, all belonging to the same family unit. All the rooms of the villa overlook the garden. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
