All on one level, the main entrance leads you into a welcoming open-plan living and dining area, consisting of a cozy lounge area with a comfy sofa bed and a smart TV. The fully-equipped kitchen as well as an open-space living and dining area, creating a communal area where loved ones can enjoy cooking, eating or watching TV together. A door to one side of the living room leads into the romantic king-size bedroom that has an open plan whirlpool bathtub and an ensuite shower room. A door separates the living space from the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a super king-sized bed, a sleek ensuite with a tub, and direct access to the pool and the remaining two good size bedrooms, a double and a double-twin bedrooms that share a common bathroom with a shower.The delightful outdoor spaces of Villa Malú are dominated by fruit orchards, palm trees and ancient olive trees. At centre stage is a spacious lawn where you will find the outdoor pool. Surrounding this are the views of the gentle verdant hills, the surrounding Sicilian countryside as well as the Tyrrhenian sea in the distance. The pool area is equipped with eight sun loungers, two umbrellas and matching side tables, where you can relax and enjoy the warm weather. Here you will also find an outdoor sink and shower. The cost to heat the pool is included between the months of October-May, and from June-September it needs to be requested for a fee. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions regarding the heated pool. Relax under the shade of the veranda, savoring the delicious meals prepared on the barbecue. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
