VILLA FENICE is a wonderful Villa perched on a hill that dominates and overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare, with a breathtaking panoramic view.Villa Fenice is a place to spend a relaxing holiday, but without giving up the nightlife, going to the Baglio of Scopello or the port of Castellammare del Golfo in a few minutes.From the Villa it is possible to reach the most enchanting places of tourist importance. In fact, at a distance of 4 km. we can find the most famous places in Western Sicily, such as the nearby, fascinating and appreciated "Baia di Guidaloca", the famous "Faraglioni di Scopello" with its ancient "Tonnara di Scopello" and its particular "Borgo di Scopello". Just 2 km further on, you can reach the beautiful "Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro" (Zingaro Nature Reserve) with its many natural bays, the "Borgo di Visicari" with the largest and most historic Islamic granary in Italy, the "Granaio Islamico Aghadir", perched on the hill behind the villa, and the "Castello di Inici" (Inici Castle) a short distance away.The Villa has 5 rooms and can accommodate up to 10 persons of which 8 persons in 4 double beds in 4 rooms and 2 persons in a double sofa bed in another room communicating with one of the 4 bedrooms. For a total of 10 persons. The bedrooms are all equipped with Air Conditioning. There is a Heating system for use of the Villa in the winter period running from December to March, paying a supplement per day, otherwise you can use the electric heat pumps without paying the supplement. There are 3 full bathrooms and 1 shower in the garden by the pool.Living room with sitting room in the covered outdoor veranda. Kitchen with 4 ring hob, Electric oven, Dishwasher, Fridge and BBQ area Outside.There is an outdoor swimming pool open from April to November. For requests to open the pool in the months of December to March, please ask the owners who will open the pool if requested.In the garden we find a 10-metre Swimming Pool, a Jacuzzi with unheated water at room temperature and a Mediterranean garden with various areas and 3 hammocks to relax in while appreciating a stunning panoramic view of the entire Gulf, where you can enjoy a fascinating sunrise and twilight. The Villa is rented out in total exclusivity and is located in a property of about 5,000 square metres that is fenced and has a private gate and for this reason a lot of privacy is guaranteed, in fact the other villas are at a distance and there is no view to disturb the guests. Inside the property we have a part for parking cars, a large veranda/terrace of 70 square metres with a bamboo cane roof, which overlooks the panoramic view, from which you have a glimpse of the entire Gulf of Castellammare from the airport of Palermo to the Bay of Guidaloca in Scopello. Inside the veranda/terrace, we find an outdoor dining area with a large table and chairs, then plenty of space with chairs to enjoy the view, an additional hammock for quiet relaxation, and deckchairs for resting with a sea view of the entire Gulf of Castellammare. Next to the pool we find the BBQ area and an outdoor shower serving the pool. Then we find a large solarium with sun loungers. Next to the pool we find a Jacuzzi, with its own small solarium. Spaces in the garden for a relaxing walk.A very quiet place for a relaxing holiday and to enjoy direct contact with nature, since the property is set in a hillside context between rocks and mountain paths, all with a fantastic and unique sea view. A personal or rented car is necessary.In the surrounding area, 10 km away, we find the "Segestane Thermal Baths" spring of sulphurous thermal and natural waters and the establishment with a pool of thermal waters and muds. A few more km away we find the "Temple of Segesta" and the "Greek Theatre of Segesta", the "Archaeological Park of Selinunte".The nearby town of Alcamo with its great beaches "Alcamo Marina" and its "Castle of the Counts of Modica" and the "Natural Reserve of Mount Bonifato" with its "Saracen Tower" at the top and its very ancient "Funtanazza" old fountain dating back to the Middle Ages.Half an hour's drive away, we find the famous beach of San Vito Lo Capo, the beauties of Erice, the extraordinary Salt Pans of Trapani, the Stagnone Nature Reserve with the island of Mothia and the Punic Ship of Marsala with its Trapanese wine tasting places.While 45 minutes by car we find the great city of Palermo, with the nearby Monreale and many other points of interest. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
