The Lemon House The recently renovated house is located on the ground floor and has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Ideal for a couple's stay, it offers the possibility of an additional two beds (one fixed and one on request) for groups of friends or families with children.Comfortable and functional flat, modernised and renovated with the aim of accommodating all those who decide to stay for holiday or other reasons in eastern Sicily. Close to the sea, at the foot of Mount Etna, all you need to do is come and visit us to enjoy the panoramic view that only our great volcano can offer.In order of distance, about 1 km away it is possible to visit "La riserva naturale orientata del fiume Fiumefreddo" (the oriented nature reserve of the Fiumefreddo river), home to submerged or semi-submerged plant populations, such as papyrus reeds or forests of white willow or white poplar. Such favourable conditions facilitate the proliferation of various ornithological populations, both sedentary and transient (grey heron, moorhen, nightingale and others). Those who, on the other hand, want to enjoy long clean beaches, free or not (fortunately there is still a choice) and a sea with fresh, crystal-clear water, can reach Marina di Cottone just 2 km from the flat.
By car or motorbike, just a few kilometres away, one should not miss the opportunity to see: Giardini Naxos (approx. 6 km); Taormina (approx. 12 km); Castelmola (approx. 18 km); Gole dell'Alcantara (approx. 16 km); Etna Nord - Piano Provenzana (approx. 31 km); Aci Trezza - Aci Castello and Faraglioni (approx. 25 km).
Furthermore, the convenient location, about 2 km from the Fiumefreddo di Sicilia motorway junction, makes it easy to reach destinations such as: Catania centre (40 km); Catania Airport (53 km); Messina (64 km); Siracusa Ortigia (100 km); Pachino Marzamemi (130 km); Ragusa Ibla (140 km)The flat is located in the 'Castello' district, a historical agglomeration of Fiumefreddo di Sicilia. It enjoys an excellent central position, in fact it overlooks the well-known Piazza 25 Aprile, more commonly known as Piazza Castello. Leaving the house and crossing the street you reach the delightful 'Villa Comunale', a small green lung of the town, useful for pleasant walks and to enjoy the small playground for children.
Those who would also like to satisfy their taste buds with typical Sicilian delicacies such as granitas, arancini (fried rice balls), almond pastries, cannoli, and more can reach the excellent Bar Castello a few steps away to enjoy rich breakfasts, quick lunches, relaxing and appetising aperitifs, and why not, a nice sandwich or a good pizza for dinner. Supermarkets, bakeries, laundromats, pharmacies, and more are within easy walking distance.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
