On the ground floor, the large and bright living room, equipped with two double sofa beds and a TV cabinet, is furnished with style and simplicity, which matches perfectly with the furnishings of the kitchen. Both are arranged in a single room to make the most of the brightness and space that the house offers. In addition, we find a second living room that can also be used as a bedroom thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed inside. On the ground floor we also find the laundry room with washing machine, a bedroom with two single beds, and a double bedroom. Each room on this floor has an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor is the sleeping area which consists of three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one room with three single beds. All the rooms have a bathroom with shower. The large outdoor spaces allow you to fully enjoy the Villa also outside, thanks to a spacious veranda equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor kitchen, from here you can have a view of all the greenery surrounding the house and of the beautiful swimming pool for the exclusive use of the tenants. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
