One of a kind location! Mamma Maria Teresa is a nice villa located in Portopalo beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag for nearly 30 years! From a romantic wooden door located in the garden of the house, you can approach the golden beach of Portopalo.Inside the house has a double room with en-suite bathroom, a twin, a single room and another bathroom, also this one with shower. The living-kitchen area overlooks the outdoor patio which is furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs. The AC is located in the two main bedrooms, it is missing in the room with the single bed (but just keep the door of one of the bedrooms open and the fresh air comes in comfortably).Bedrooms (3) and Bathrooms (2): one double bedroom en-suite; one twin; one single bedroom; one sofa-bed in the living room; one bathroom with showerNOTE: Electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of kWh 100 per week, beyond this limit it will be charged.From a romantic wooden door located in the garden of the house, you can approach the golden beach of Portopalo. A large balcony-patio overlooks the African sea and it is right there that you will spend enchanting Sicilian days with the scent of the sea that will not leave you for a moment. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
