The Green Planet is our dream, a large country villa between Partinico and Balestrate (Sicily) with a large infinity pool, 650 olive trees, a citrus grove, an orchard, almost 3 hectares and a sea view. A few steps from the beautiful sea of Balestrate(Pa), 25 minutes from the airport of Palermo "Falcone Borsellino", between Trapani and Palermo. The location is very strategic for visiting places such as Scopello, the Zingaro reserve, Trapani, Favignana, Levanzo, Marettimo, the temple and theatre of Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, the Segestane thermal baths, Macari, San Vito ... It is a large flat in a villa with many comforts. You will have free use of a large swimming pool and numerous outdoor spaces surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean nature. A large car park is available for your vehicle and there is a Wallbox (charging station) for electric cars.Our family lives on the other side of the property and we will be very happy to host you and provide you with all the information and assistance for your holiday so that everything is superlative. You will also be able to try various typical Sicilian products, olive oil, jams, seasonal fruits, and products from the vegetable garden, always zero kilometre. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
