The Orsa Maggiore holiday homes are located in Pozzallo, in the province of Ragusa. They are all newly built, bright, quiet and designed to accommodate up to 6 people, with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed, a large living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The holiday homes are located in a residential area 400 metres from the sea and 1 km from the village centre. Pets are not allowed in the villas.The Orsa Maggiore holiday homes are only 400 metres from the sandy beaches of Pozzallo (Pietre Nere and Primo Scivolo), which have been awarded the Blue Flag for almost twenty years. The fine golden sand, the shallow water even at some distance from the shore and the sheltered position make the beach an ideal place for children. On the beach, it is possible to rent a sun umbrella at one of the many equipped lidos or relax on the large free beach area.Bright, well-kept and elegant holiday home for up to 6 persons, with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed, a spacious living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
