The accommodation (60 m²), located on the ground floor, is the ideal choice for those who love spending time outdoors and want children to play safely and peacefully. The apartment is accessed through a private entrance that leads to a large veranda, partly covered and furnished with a table and chairs. This type of apartment includes two functional living areas equipped with air conditioning: the living area, characterized by large windows that make the space bright, and the sleeping area. It is located just 350 meters from the sea and the town center.

The flat, located on the ground floor of a modern building, has a spacious and bright living room-kitchen equipped with a 32'' LED TV and a sofa with large windows overlooking a furnished veranda, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing in peace and quiet. The kitchenette is complete with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower. The flat is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms.

This ground-floor flat is characterised by its unique style and modern, well-kept interior, situated in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa. It is recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the city chaos, but very close to the centre and the beaches. It is ideal for a seaside holiday with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing stay in a refined residential area with the comforts of a super-equipped flat.

In the vicinity of the residence there is a large free public car park (with charging towers for electric cars). Only 350 metres away is the beach, the town centre and the marina.

Guests will have to pay at check-in the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Ragusa, calculated per night/person only for the first 7 nights, for guests over 12 years old.

Only 30 minutes by car you can reach many beautiful baroque places, representing the Val di Noto: Ragusa, Ibla, Modica, Scicli. You can also go to other smaller seaside villages in the surroundings: Punta Secca, Casuzze, Donnalucata, Cava D'Aliga.
